I am interacting with representatives of contracting organizations in matters of elimination and closure of identified comments, operational and acceptance control, inspections and examination of the quality of work. Opening of non-compliance report (NCR), control of compliance with taken technical decisions and corrective actions. Reporting to management about identified violations in a timely manner, maintaining internal and external reporting forms.

Currently I am participating in the reconstruction project of the LUKOILNEFTESINTEZ refinery in the Kstovo city on behalf of the MAIN EPC CONTRACTOR.
Main duties are quality control and quality assurance of civil works, supervision of contractor’s geodetic services, data archive administration (reports/as-built documentation) and keeping track of geodetic works, preparation of storage sites and ways of equipment transportation to the erection site, performance of operational and acceptance control, opening of non-compliance reports (NCR) and compliance with project quality control plan.

During first three months developed and integrated new approaches to accounting and organization of mining operations. Increased the speed and accuracy of production operations aimed at crisis recovery of the company .
My responsibilities included provision of operations work scope and meeting planned targets in compliance with requirements of the License for the Right to Mine, organization of mining and surveying operations, preparation of quarterly and annual planning scheme, maintenance of drilling and blasting operations, accounting for rock mass moving and transportation of minerals. Supervision over construction activities of the mining complex during mine and field facilities construction.

Coordination of geodetic-surveying service, quality control and support of construction activities on five construction sites (construction and assembly operations, drilling operations). Prioritizing of geodetic works, quality control of installation and construction activities performed by subcontracting organizations, facility commissioning and preparation of as-built documentation using unified document templates; control over compiling a full set of as-built drawings as per project requirements. Organization of operational interaction within departments of quality control, construction and engineering to eliminate comments from Main Contractor, preparation of necessary information to issue Technical Query (TQ) and agree on deviations. A properly set workflow increased the speed of information exchange between office and construction site, opened up opportunities for more accurate work planning, scheduling provision of as-built documents, tracking the verification process and signing completed sets of as-built documentation.
